Applying for a refund

We are committed to providing you with high quality hair and beauty products. To help you select the right products for you we have made a variety of samples available for you to try and test our range, however should you feel the products you received from Love Harlem do not meet your expectations, you may apply for a full refund provided:

• you email us via [email protected] within 7 working days after the day on which you received the products, telling is that you intend to return the item.
• you return any unused item in its original condition within 14 days working days from delivery.

Returning goods

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.

We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service (one that requires a signature upon receipt). We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

Refund processing

If you require a refund due to defects in the goods we will refund the price paid by you for the goods and the initial delivery cost.

Your refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving your email notification that you would like to return the products, provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at the Love Harlem address (shown above) within 14 working days of delivery.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

Refunds we do not accept

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

Love Harlem does not accept parcels with carriage due and does not provide refunds for goods that have been returned to us due to delays with the postal service, non-delivery, incorrect address and, no one signing for and/or collecting your order. Under these circumstances we will redeliver the goods to you and you will incur redelivery charges.

If the aforementioned conditions are fulfilled, Love Harlem will reimburse you within a maximum of 30 days beginning with the day on which the notice of cancellation was given, for the amounts that correspond to the product(s) purchased.
