Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.

We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.

Delivery is by Royal Mail, charges are per order and apply as follows:

Standard First Class: £3.80. Within 2-5 working days from date of dispatch.

Recorded (requires signature on delivery): £4.50. Delivery within 1-3 working days from date of dispatch.

Europe

International Signed For: £10.95. Delivery within 3 days for Western Europe, 5 days for Eastern Europe from date of dispatch.

Africa, America, Asia, Caribbean & Middle East

International Signed For: £12.95. Delivery within 7 days from date of dispatch.

Australia and Rest of the World:

International Signed For: £13.95. Delivery within 7 days from date of dispatch.

We will send you an e-mail telling you when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery charges will be calculated during checkout.
